I'll keep it rather brief here. In my teen years, I was diagnosed with Social Anxiety Disorder, and used to take meds to help combat this. Eventually, I decided to own up to this shit, ditch the meds, and come out of my shell. I am amazed with how much I have grown as a person, and TRP has helped me immensely, even before I knew of its existence.

In small groups, I have no issue demanding respect, displaying my confidence, and attracting girls. I am a DJ at my school, consider myself attractive, and therefore have a high SMV among my peers. When I'm heavily drinking, this persona becomes enlarged, and I can handle things even in larger groups. However, when one drinks, its easy to get out of control and do things that are completely out of character, albeit regrettable in some cases. However, when I am sober and hanging out in large groups where others are drinking (i.e. parties), my social anxiety flares up and I get easily lost in the crowd, just like any other average Joe. This is especially problematic, considering that I hang out with college baseball players, who are a bunch of dudes that are naturally "Alpha", and they have big personalities that can easily block out other, lesser men.

So my question is, how did you guys eventually make the jump to be able to walk around with your Red Pill swagger without the burden of alcohol? Confidence and posture is easy enough to display on the exterior, but I feel as if I just can't display these types of things when actually being social. Just like originally overcoming my social anxiety, I want to be able to do this without alcohol altogether. Any sort of advice is greatly appreciated
