What if a date went wrong way, lets say the lightweight scenario, she isn't in the mood, so am I, and there is some strong disagreement after which there is dry silence and you just want to leave, what is the proper way? I mean if I say "Hey, I got to go to do X" It might be of course effective, but wouldn't it reflect me as a weak person? As a guy who run away and can't handle the situation(but what to handle there, I don't know)? Also keep in mind that this is not first date and I do not want to break up that fast, I prefer to sleep over any disagreement before really burn bridges?

Bonus question, what if I drove us both somewhere and want to escape(alone)? Shall I say "Babe, call the taxi, I got to go"? What if that is in the middle of nowhere?!
