I would boil it down to outcome independence and having honest genuine fun for your own sake, being present in the moment and not thinking about the future (i.e. if she will or will not have sex with you).

Worrying about the future outcome has effects on the present.

Also, people want to be around you if you provide value to them. Sometimes you don't even need to talk much and just be a good listener: people usually want to feel appreciated and talk about themselves.

For me what is helpful is to go into all interactions and social situations with the number one main priority that I enjoy myself. I am the center of my world, and everything else radiates out from that.
