Hey so I've got no issue getting numbers, but setting up the date later is the issue.

I'll usually get there number, text them "Hey it's Redditor6512" and a quick comment about how we met or something that was talked about.

I've tried 2 things next, first the classic "I'll be at XXY at XXY, maybe we can meetup there" but 9/10 there either busy or working or some shit.

I've also tried asking when there free to meetup, or something like "hey wanna grab coffee at x time on y day" but i get the same "oh i have class/work/whatever" excuse. The convo usually does there and i move on

Any idea how to better go about setting up dates? I honestly don't think they're lying a good chunk of the time and that there genuinely busy since everyone's times are different in college. How do you guys recommend setting up these dates at a community college?
