I started working in a new place and all the girls and guys there know each other. Evertime I spend time with them It's so hard to get into and lead the conversation, I don't know what to say, they tell things I don't know about talk about people I don't know, It's so tiring. And in my opinion all those guys are friendzoned, how can I avoid being friendzoned while being friends with them and flirt with girls. If I let go I become one of them, If I hold frame I feel out of the group. Also, I really don't understand how all those people are so happy while they don't get any sex since most are single afaik.
