I'm 25 years old and I first come across TRP a couple of months ago. The problem is, I'm suffering with severe health issues at the moment and I literally cannot concentrate on girls/improving myself. Since reading TRP, it's left a sour taste in my mouth, because at least before, I could have gone about day-to-day activities in that illusion, but now I know the truth, yet I'm unable to transform myself.
Things are bad. Really bad. I'm suffering with severe cognitive decline and I attend my local first episode psychosis clinic regularly, but I'm not fully showing signs of any specific illness yet - just symptoms that wax and wane - I'm still working part time but that is my limit in life right now and sometimes I struggle with that. I eat healthy, I exercise (when I can) and I generally live well. Hopefully a miracle occurs, but it seems this may be long-term.
I need to somehow accept that for the minute (and possibly for a long time), I need to totally not concentrate on what it takes to attract girls, because it's just a stress I can't take at the minute. TRP is an amazing thing, but I kind of wish I hadn't read it at this stage in my life, because it's kind of ruined the illusion and false hope.
Any input much appreciated.
