As well as lifting, you need to flex your social and alpha muscles. Smiling and being confident/social is the non-physical side of being alpha. As well as lifting/fight training, maybe join an acting class or a debating society? Or even a stand-up comedy club? On top of this, make a point of going out and making eye contact with EVERYONE, and don't look away first. Just keep a neutral gaze or smile (especially if it's a girl). This will help flex that alpha side within you. Also learn to be asse…

No More Mr Nice Guy. It's a book - a very good book. You should definitely read it and the rest of the sidebar material. There's gold in there.

You should work on all aspects of your life simultaneously - dedicate time to improvement in all areas, but your personal life should take priority if you have to hone your attention more specifically - you should never give girls the position of being more important than your own living quality. Just remember: it is totally possible to convert from being a socially inept incel/beta to an alpha. It's all in your mindset. Just believe in yourself, and remember that such a dramatic change will not…

Don't do this. Girls should never know for sure that you're seeing other girls (although there are exceptions) - they should only suspect it. She should feel that you're preselected not by your overt words, but by your non-verbal communication such as your confidence with kino escalation, and also just truly being comfortable in who you are. Remember: pretty much all human communication is subliminal; demonstrate your high value through your confidence and body language etc - trying to do so by …

I think eye contact is the key here - there's not much you can do about the physical structure of your face. For the record, the most successful guy I know with girls have massive round eyes - nothing like you describe (his game is spot on), and likewise I know guys with narrow eyes like you describe who do really well. When it comes to the eyes, I think you just need to work on eye contact and working to feel attractive in yourself; I think our eyes reveal a lot about how we feel about ourselve…

Yeah that's basically it. When I'm overloaded (and that happens often for me) I literally cannot clear my mind - it's almost like mental paralysis. And yes I could study TRP, but putting it into practice would be very difficult. Right now, going out sociasing just isn't something I can manage. I need a slow and calm life at the moment...

Doing a martial art can seriously help you get comfortable with human to human contact, as can swing dancing or something and that's with girls too so would be worth a shot. I find that once kino is started girls sometimes even start flirting. I think you gotta get flirting out of your head though for the minute - just get comfortable with touching human beings in general (blokes and girls) and interacting. Practise practise practise. Be awkward - that's fine. You'll get more comfortable over ti…

Yeah definitely read No More Mr Nice Guy, but also look into boosting testosterone. I find three grams of ashwaghanda really makes me feel more dominant and I take less crap from people. I think this is something you have to improve by exposure and whatnot - it's not a quick fix. Maybe practise your assertiveness by phoning up hotels and requesting the price of a room, then saying you think you can get a better price elsewhere but thank you for your time. Might be scary at first but you'll get u…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
