I have used red pill theory before but have stopped once I got comfortable. This time I am dedicating myself to change for the better. There was a video I watched that really helped to ground me and 'cure' my oneitis - ill try to link it.

I have read nothing on this topic but what is the consensus amongst seeing a therapist? I find that it helps alot - reframing my beta (insecure) thoughts and leaving with more confidence.

I imagine that using drugs is frowned upon but I started adderall (dopamine antagonist) again and have noticed a huge boost to my confidence and it also is helping with weight loss goals i ballooned up to 230 and then after diet, excersize and sleep - dropped to 210. I had stagnated here for a while and since starting medication I have been able to gain greater control over my food intake and work out efficiency. Im now 195 and look forward to dropping another 20! This was all during 1/2 a semester in college so I have been seeing much more interest from girls in class and overall people are just nicer to ke in general - and I am much more outgoing than I can remember.

I feel that I am doing everything correctly - but am having trouble keeping my frame, for example, there is a girl I am interested in and find myself putting her onto a pedestal only to stop and regroup. I keep telling myself that I dont really know her shes just another person and that I need to keep myself focused on being the best version of myself.

So far this is working but I was wondering what tricks there are to 'keep your frame' as I would rather maintain my frame instead of having to regroup and talk myself out of my conditioned beta thoughts.

TL;DR how to maintain frame instead of having to regroup and change my thoughts?
