Hey bro I had a similar situation only she didn't follow through. She's not your responsibility. Her mental health is not your responsibility. Her family, social, and emotional history is not your responsibility. Everything in her life that led up to this is not your responsibility. You had no choice in this; you only control your own life. Take a little break and focus on yourself intently. Meditate and give it time... I know how it feels to be with a woman who wants to hurt herself and it's un…

Motivation is porn, it doesn't solve your problems. You don't need a book you need to get off your ass and start taking action. Lift, approach, do some muay Thai or jiu jitsu and create your own system of self improvement. If you depend on a motivational seminar to get you off your couch every day you're never going to achieve anything. Dependence is cancer.

Actions over words, read her body language. What it comes down to is: Are you willing to spend time with this girl? If the shit test is like.. "I fucked another guy", the reaction is "K bye". The action determines the reaction. When she says something stupid you just ignore it, play it off, be cocky/funny or whatever you wanna call it (agree amplify and all the other ones I can't remember)

As in what you've been doing has been working, so keep at it. She's just trying to "connect" and "share" etc... You don't need to respond to anything she says in the way she wants you to.

In that case she's just flopping around, keep doing you. You sounded sad tonight. I feel just awful to put you through so much. Yesterday night I saw you in my dreams and we were together looking into each other's eyes and it was a marvelous feeling. Kisses xoxo "That's cute babe, good night"

Yes, it fools men. Yes, men like it, and yes women know that. Women use make-up to make themselves look better because their SMP value is almost directly related to their attractiveness. Every single human being that has lived in a modern society can recognize between a face with make up and a face without it. I'd be surprised if you could, let alone "every single human being". Some women who wear makeup every day can't tell when makeup is expertly applied. Women know how to fuck with how you pe…

I think you should be genuine. I wouldn't mention any of this drama, it really shouldn't have mattered to you. I might tease her for wasting some of my time or give her some shit in a playful way. Generally don't have a stick in your ass and try your best to just have fun - do things the way you want to. Just a normal date homie. Don't forget to lead and be loose.

If she gave you an excuse & bothered to re-schedule, then stop being a butthurt aspie and just text back "Cool" or to another day that works better for you. Shit happens, people have other plans - gotta differentiate between a shit-test and just plain coincidence.

Just find someone else, not worth your time. She drags you along with the hope that you're gonna start hamstering your way into spending more time with her/paying more attention to her (with texts, etc...) If a woman wants to be with you, trust me you'll know. It's really easy to differentiate between a woman who wants/needs your time vs. a woman whose time you want/need.

My experience is most people quit lifting when they go "home gym" mode. It makes people lazy. I hate going outside but still do it for the gym 3x a week because it's somewhere else and I have to make time for it. If my gym was in my house I wouldn't have to make time for it, and that would probably disincentivize me from using it. TLDR: owning gym equipment don't make you lift more frequently or with more attention/focus.

Same boat, different story: You need to forget your ego and let things slide - not because you forgive them or they are worth forgiving, but because you don't want anything they do, or say, or imply to ever come back to you or bother you in any way. Talk to people everywhere all the time and not for sex, like everyone. Old people, people with dogs, hot chicks, fat chicks, douchebags, homeless guys. The context is similar to drug use/sale though. There is criminal activity in drug dealing, but very little in drug using. Same is true for prostitution, in the sense that some women are in a situation they can't change (same as drug addicts), and instead of being persecuted they need to be provided with "clean needles" so they can get out. That being said, I don't defend Sweden. The ring may be criminal but the men paying for prostitutes probably have nothing to do with the criminality.

I would argue being redpill means being not blue pill. Or rather, being aware of "blue pill mindset" as an idea and being opposed to it. If sexual strategy kept it's original name for men, it would be called "PUA", but instead it's being called Redpill by some peeps, and I'm sure in 5-10 years it'll be called something else.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/10/16 05:17 PM

TBH I'd be surprised if all feminists thought along these lines; this one article is hypocritical, and upon closer inspection: In short, the sex industry exists because we live in a capitalist patriarchy that places men, as a class, in a position of power over women, as a class. Within this system women’s bodies are seen as and treated as existing “for men” — for their use, for their pleasure. She's nuts. In her mind this is class warfare.

You're not trying to be a douchebag, you're trying to be genuine. There's a difference, but some people think genuine you is a douchebag. Some people really like you, so much so they fuck you. If you're just trying to game by being a legit douche no one will like you.

I would argue men and women are conditioned towards different ends. Men are conditioned to take more responsibility and are expected to bear through such responsibilities without saying a word of complaint. I'm not talking about people's individual personalities, I'm talking about societal conditioning.

I have morals and principles and would never subject another person to that kind of torture, whether or not it works aside. You're basically asking if the ends justify the means, and they don't.

I think the issue here is not understanding that men don't choose women for "romantic and emotional reasons" any more than women do. Women's mechanism for attraction involves getting value out of the men. Men with higher status > emotional connection will be more attractive. If a man her age is attractive, wealthy, intelligent, and can provide her with the life she wants, she will prefer him every time to the man who knows, talks, and shares feelings with her, and the woman will believe in any c…

I currently do Muay once a week, because it's only for the purpose of cardio. I'm cutting right now - I go to the gym 3 times a week and run twice a week. Plus Muay thai that's 6 days of exercise a week. I don't go over 1700-1.8k cals per day, but I'm relatively well built so that's pretty low for me. First things first, if you're bulking and not lifting you're just getting fatter. If you think you're skinny fat rn then I would focus on cutting first and bulking later. While bulking you definite…

Ummmm yeah you're wrong.... Because they are daughters? Who wants a whore for a daughter? Or a sister? Or a mother? I don't think people on TRP get this but the male fantasy is an oxymoron: we want the madonna/whore. We want a virgin who is also a whore. When it comes to dating, we want whores more than virgins, but with daughters/relatives we want virgins more than whores. We're wired weird.

It was a few things. I started out floundering for the first two years (was in highschool), not really doing the right routine. I didn't control my diet once I got my routine in check, and didn't realize it's importance. Once I finally got all the information I needed and started performing the exercises correctly and eating properly I lost the weight in about 4-5 months. Sounds good to me brah, whatever works for you. I do muay thai classes too, try that or another fighting sport. They are a great way to get extra cardio in and to help give more confidence in the gym and otherwise. Also depending on your goals (gain mass or lose fat?) that might be too much cardio. Idk why you keep adding a vest either.

I think he means that gender is not a law, like gravity or entropy. The universe would be just fine without genders.

I had the same issue for a while - friends and family telling me I'm attractive but it didn't help my game. Took some time but it internalizes slowly and eventually you think you're hot shit. Although, as with everyone, there's always low points where you don't believe in yourself or don't trust your progress or don't think you've got what it takes but those moments pass the moment you think about something else.
/r/askTRP19/10/16 05:59 PM
7

So then you're relatively attractive at least, and a few more months (at least another 6) at the gym doing the right routine and eating the right food your confidence should rise. The thing about lifting that makes most veteran TRPers preach it, is that after you have made the progress and the gains you always wanted, you act in such a confident and charismatic manner because of all the energy and effort you've put in. You just like yourself more, and that makes game flow easier. So definitely g…

There's nothing wrong with connecting with women bro, I feel TRP reader take things too literally sometimes. You can connect with a woman on a personal level, she will share information and you can listen and be 'caring yet distant'. You can provide advice, if you want to. I think the rule of thumb is just not to share too much on your end. Seeking validation/support for your problems from her is where she starts to lose respect for you.
/r/askTRP19/10/16 05:35 PM
3

I sleep at 10pm every night, wake up at 5:00/5:30 every morning except for weekends. This allows me time to lift/run and shower and head out to work. I am usually tired, as you say, by like 4:30-5:00, but after work is done and you're home cooking or whatever it doesn't really matter. I tend to feel a second wind around 6-7 then I'm good till sleep time.

I've been lifting for 7 years now, but it took me about 2-3 before I even looked it. It takes time, be patient. In terms of dates, you should be out trying to talk to more people; 1 date in 18 months seems low to me. If you are actively looking for sex/plates then start approaching more women and start making it part of your routine. First of all short women are attractive, not unattractive. It's not the same rule as men. Second, pics or we can't answer - I think the only harsh truth women need to understand is that men base their mating choices on attraction and attraction for men is based on looks. Tight body? Sure. Submissive personality? That helps, but there are tons of attractive women who have very dominant personalities who have the high value men because high value men, like all other men, care about looks.

I mean having regular access to people who have achieved the goals you want to achieve actively responding to you is more likely to get you to change than if it was all archived and was a passing "idea" that you could consider. I think TRP intends to be a movement of sorts; it wouldn't retire itself because it wants to change more people.

LEL Without sex none of us would be here, there would be no civilizations, and ASSUMING WE HAD ANOTHER WAY TO REPRODUCE AT THE SAME RATE, we would all have absolutely no motivation to do anything. Sex is a need, and it does trigger impulses in humans; in fact I would go so far as to say everything is motivated by sex. In that sense, we need it to keep the gears turning, keep the men and women competing, and keep propelling the growth of civilizations.

Unless that was the case across the board, en mass (i.e across all socio-economic and cultural boundaries) there will always be a difference. The reason being that taboos and value judgements are always socially conditioned. Case in point, if sex wasn't ever mentioned or restricted or controlled by parents, media, teachers, etc... (say, like food in most cultures) then you'd have a range of people from sex addicts (see obese peeps) to prudes (see anorexic peeps). I think that in the end anyone w…

I'd spin the plate if I were you, so long as it doesn't need too much energy. If the guy comes back into the picture you say you thought she was single - and you're done with her. Well my point was more to illustrate the difference in context. Women who have a high n-count simply succumbed to many different partners without consideration, forethought, or reference to a personal standard for mating. Compare this to the glutton, who cannot control his desire for food. Men who have high n-counts tend to be high value, confident, witty, attractive, generally extroverted, and socially connected. Compare this to the prince, who is able to attain whatever he wants. The differenc…

Ohhhhh I see. You have to make that decision for yourself - I probably would depending on how hot she was. If she was worth the time and energy, then yeah. TBH I wouldn't be surprised if both genders had an equally unsettled reaction to someone with a high partner count (20-30+) because the very value of sex is access, and access means nothing if it isn't exclusive. You wouldn't be flattered being allowed into a smoking room at an airport, because anyone can get into it. If you got access to the first class lounge, however, you'd have a change of heart - only a select few are allowed access to that privilege. The gender difference comes into play w…

You see it in politics, you see it between countries, you see it within an individual country, you see it between girls and boys in the school yard, you see it here on PPD and everywhere else. It's us vs. them and I think it's the primary reason we as humans are unable to move past our societally engrained violent and warring tendencies. So men can't handle relationships if they don't understand womens' covert methods of communication? What about women using men's overt method of communication? What about men learning the covert communication through experiences? Men have to approach to learn, they have to escalate to learn, and they have to take a chance at being rejected to learn. They can't do all of that if they are shamed for it from a young age.

I've never walked up to a girl in a bar or club and gotten anything worse than a scoff and a "no", but while growing up for the longest time I didn't flirt, approach, or try with women because I was specifically told not to look at women the wrong way, and specifically taught not to approach/escalate with women because they don't want to be objectified. This has nothing to do with me, or bad approaches. This is about teaching men to want to approach in the first place. Why do you think so many men have approach anxiety? Because their whole lives they've been taught "be nice, be a woman's friend, and you will get what you want". Why do you think the friendzone exists in the first place? How many men vs. women in the friendzone, do you think? Men are ashamed of their sexuality, women are empowered by it. Men are TAUGHT to be ashamed of their sexu…

Not what I'm saying at all - though it's been misconstrued as that by two other people. I'm trying to say that men shouldn't have the burden of shame. I.e. men shouldn't be shamed out of approaching or escalating, and instead should be encouraged to do so. The rejection should be the woman's responsibility: i.e. the woman should accept responsibility of having to reject the advances of attracted men, and not take it as a personal attack or a sexual assault.

If you get turned down for asking someone out (man or woman) you need to be able to deal with that emotion like an adult. So yeah, you don't understand whatsoever. I understand that if I approach a woman and get rejected, there's nothing wrong with that and I can walk away happy knowing I did what I could. If it was easy for most men to get casual sex, then waaaay less people would be getting married. For reference one of my exes was suicidal, and if there's one thing I learned from that experience it's that it isn't your responsibility to make people feel better - you do that by being there and chilling. If you want to be spending extended amounts of time with this woman in the hopes to one day fuck her, then you should cut your losses and walk. If you want to be her friend and listen to her talk about her boyfriend then just do that.

TRP does everything to show you why you're wrong, though. You might not agree with it, but you won't be kicked out for it. And no one is muted for asking questions, unless it's not on the right sub. People with stupid opinions are called stupid, and then corrected. Insulting people straight up without reason is rarely ever condoned, and TRP tends to also incorporate a 'big brother' mentality, where we're trying to shit on while simultaneously helping anyone who comes in with problems.

Just distract yourself in the short term, and a more long term one is get more options. Start sleeping with other women etc, the ECs have already addressed your problem better than I could.

Don't sweat it; think of it all as a part of your sexual strategy. You try something, see if it works, adjust, and try again. Any strategy has parts that will fail to achieve their desired outcome; in the end so long as you follow the strategy you will get laid and that's really the end goal here.

Why would you care about someone before they invest time, energy, love, commitment, and attention? Don't give yourself up too easily; there's a time and a place for comfort and being 'good' to her, and there's a time and a place for being distant and setting boundaries. It's not that you're purposefully being mean to women, it's that you're so busy doing your own shit you can't be bothered caring about everything they think or do.

Makes communication easier? Me and my best friend never see eye to eye on what a 10 is. I always think differently than he does, and we are the same age. I would, however, argue that both of us think there are more 9s who are in their 20s than 9s in their 30s. Same with 8s, 7s, etc... There is a larger majority of attractive women in the 20s age range than there are in the 30s age range. That's, I guess, what I'm trying to say in a less subjective way.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/16 05:45 PM

The scale is subjective, the question is subjective, PPD is subjective. Younger women are objectively more physically attractive than older women, in general. You can't deny it, like I don't understand how people have such a problem with this.

I'm talking broad strokes, and relevance is kinda lost on you here. You wanna compare the obese 20 year old to the obese 40 year old? Or do you want to compare Ferraris to pickup trucks? Apples and oranges man. If we're talking 'attractive people', then yes, 20 year old 'attractive people' are always without fail more attractive than 30 year old 'attractive people'.

It would be far too subjective to have any meaning. lmao it is mate, it's 100% subjective and a terrible way to "objectively" say how attractive someone is. can't be a 10 if someone else is better looking than they are we are literally comparing 30 year olds to 20 year olds. An attractive 20 year old is a 10 next to an attractive 30 year old, imo

I'm at work, so I don't want to go around finding pictures of hot 20 year olds, but it seems to me you're trying to convince me Adriana Lima is gorgeous; I know she is. I am just trying to say there are 20 year olds more attractive than her, and you can tell by that second picture that she looks nothing like the other ones in real life. Case in point, find a picture of 20 year old Adriana Lima, back when I was in middle school. God DAMN was she fine. Much more 10 worthy than she is now.

Well let's say a 10 is standing next to another 10, and one of the 10s is more attractive? That drops the less attractive 10 to a 9 based on relative beauty. That's what I'm trying to say; people can link to 100s of beautiful 30 year olds but they probably all looked better in their 20s. I could find a 20 year old beautiful girl on the street that is more attractive than most of the women linked in here.

TBH you can find a gorgeous 30+ who you could call a 10, and whatever you did wherever you were and whoever you were fucking, I could find an 18-20 year old who looks objectively better. There's no competing with younger women in terms of physical attractiveness. I built my game around attractive women because I'm shallow as shit and have retarded standards. It took me a long fucking time to get laid but now I have no problems, it really depends on if you're willing to be patient enough to figure them out, or to just nut up and fuck a 6. I just couldn't bring myself to do that.

You control the conversation in the beginning until she becomes comfortable then you let her speak her heart out. You don't need to constantly bombard someone with questions to have a conversation. Think of whenever you're talking to your friends/family and how little you ask them questions when talking.

You decide if you're willing to do that. We can't moralize it for you; it's a bad thing to do to her. There's no way around it. Either break up with her and pursue your interests freely like a man, or hide behind her pussy as insurance while you try to plow other chicks. At least, that's how I see it. To each their own.
/r/askTRP26/09/16 05:21 PM

Different women are different. This applies to some and not to others. I think for the most part they like being dominated in bed but some of them prefer a demoralizing/demeaning kind of domination while others just want to be desired intensely. TL;DR: it varies from woman to woman. Gauge your performance based on their personalities. Also, stop watching porn. Shit's poison.

The guy suggests once every two weeks? Maybe every week is too tough? Also he doesn't elaborate on the scheduling w/ lifting and stuff involved. When do you schedule your fast days? If I also do Mon-Wed-Fri but have a MT class on Tues, it leaves only the weekend (?) for me to fast during? Or should I seriously just fast through a workout and forget the protein?
/r/TheRedPill26/09/16 03:22 PM

Rational Male is a good place to start. It'll help you understand what happened more clearly. Instead of just reading tho get out and start doing. Start lifting, start running, start practicing your hobby, start studying harder, start reconnecting with friends, it'll get your mind off the ex.

Also, you're assuming that I don't have self-worth simply because I value different things to you. No, friend. I know you have no self-worth because of the way you write and describe yourself. confidence is extremely poorly correlated to attraction. Many people believe otherwise, but they're fundamentally wrong No, you're wrong. But whatever, to each their own... As Marcus Aurelius says: "All is opinion".

I've felt the same way with a few plates, it just takes time to become sexually comfortable with someone but once you do the rapport/connection is re-established. I usually leave it to them to make it mean more than sex (i.e they start asking questions, digging into my life, trying to bond) I'm sure another one will fall into your lap.
/r/askTRP26/09/16 02:14 PM

Those percentages may not be correct, but all men will be rejected by most women all of the time. Sparknotes: "I'm wrong but delude myself into thinking I'm right." Mate you have some serious issues. So even if you're the most attractive guy who ever lived, you can write off 90% of women (with the exception of really famous men) before you even begin to express any sort of preference. For many guys, the percentages will be worse than this. Probably the percentages are worse than this for me, realistically. That is the reality of life, and it's never going to change in the post-Tinder society. So there is no approach you can ever take to trying to attract women that will 'work' in any meaning…

Men want to spread their seed and drive really fast, women want to insure their and their offsprings future. Also, if it takes a long time to get rich, men are less likely to sleep with an older rich woman just for the money. Some guys do that, but I think a minority. I'd bet more women are willing to be with an older rich man.

As a movement feminism in the Middle East has been on the rise but you can already see the discussion is different here than it is there. There is, like you said, a lot more focus on the collective tribal/traditional expectations, and an understanding that there is both importance and value in the recognition/continuation of that culture. So much to read, so little time. Thanks again!

I'm actually asking for a version of feminism that is more focused on verifiable truths/laws than one that is based on de-facto feelings of inequality. Also, not a single post I've made signifies me as a misogynist, that's just your knee-jerk reaction to anyone questioning your worldview. Oh, I do; it's why I am so interested in inter-gender dynamics. I just want to understand how to prevent it from reaching that tipping point where responsibility for women falls on the state and families are deconstructed; in traditional/conservative societies our inter-familial bonds even within extended family are very important and a big part of our lives. Things being laid out in such a bleak manner is the only way to get beta-ized feminized men who've spent 18-25 years being indoctrinated to stop pedestalizing women. I would argue it is the quickest and most effective way of equalizing the sexual playing field, and makes men who were convinced to oppose it to become content with playing it.

Confidence begets confidence. In my experience, small steps lead to bigger ones. First you start lifting, then you start getting attention, the attention makes you confident. Same with something like fighting classes. You suck, you go anyway, you get beaten, then eventually you don't. That makes you more confident. I didn't get honors at my uni, I'm doing fuckin fine brah. Just control what you can and leave behind what you can't control. IMO the culmination of being a man is "don't make excuses…

Right, I'm saying that's the only situation where that used to happen in an acceptable way. In every other instance, rapists are murdered. Even in prison, which you could argue there is a clear hierarchy of strong vs. weak. If a man from your tribe rapes a woman from your tribe, your tribe kills that man. If another tribe comes in, that tribe is stronger and 'deserves' the spoils. There's a difference between the two situations.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/16 01:51 PM

I think anyone who has to take by force what they could get by trial is weak. The only alternative where what you say could happen is in the case of an invading army because in that case all the men of your race have been cucked and shown to be weaker. Day to day though? No way. One of my ex girlfriends was a rape victim and I only got searing hate from her for the man. Think about it, a man drugs you or carries you wasted to bed. That's a weak man 100%.

I genuinely think men when confined to their own spaces are a lot more extreme in their reactions with one another. Things are absolutes, and everything has a logical conclusion. Because of this, communication is a lot more overt, and often aggressive. It's a good way for men to feel out their position in the hierarchy. Having a hierarchy in masculine groups also creates an ideal, something to strive for, and eventually beat. It's just a lot more angry and competitive and argumentative and explo…

I guess that depends on what you consider gains. I lifted for 4 years before I looked like I lifted. 4 years for me to see the gains. I already had better posture, more stamina, healthier sleep schedule, and less bodyfat. Muscle takes a long, long time to build. Resistance over time. There's no excuse for giving up.

It is possible for most guys, maybe just not you. You don't need to eat 3,000 calories to gain muscle. Most people don't have your condition. Did you look at the dozens of threads where people have lifted weights for months and even years and made no gains? I lifted for 4 years before I saw gains. Umm, no you missed the point. What you think doesn't matter because it's not a rational argument and holds no water. Second, yes I do think women should behave like that. If I was a woman I would. RP's core concept isn't just being fit, RP's core concept is about sexual strategy. Now whether or not, outside of sexual strategy, self-improvement was useful is not relevant. Let me put it this way: I was a high value man before I started reading TRP. I had already been going to the gym, cultivating my passions, and being highly disciplined. The problem was I didn't equate my value directly with sexual strategy. When I started reading TRP and internalizing RP concepts, I started to understand …

I dunno, I feel like the PUA scene early was trying to take that 'in-between' stance, trying to be protective of womens' image and still teach men to be confident and charming but it didn't have as powerful a sway as TRP does. It's not convincing to say "some women are cruel, be careful", when society tells you "women are the fairer sex" over and over again your whole life. I think it serves more of a purpose than that. If someone is 'unmoved' by the idea that they are part of the 80 rather than the 20, then they don't belong on TRP. It's a filtering mechanism imo. Also, with regards to sexual strategy and TRP: you can be a high value male without TRP. What TRP does is de-pedestalize women (which you admit is useful), and that happens because the advice is so broad, over the counter, and generic. It also means to over-generalize. Not true. I think everyone suffers from insecurity, but beautiful people are judged for being insecure. It stands out because "how could you possibly be insecure about your looks?". I don't think gender determines the speed of maturity. I think life experience does that, and for women the justice system has created a huge fluffy pillow where men have a concrete floor. Let me put it this way: a trust fund baby (let's say male) will never mature as fast as an orphaned slum baby (let's say female). In this case, gender doesn't matter. The degree to which a person is responsible for their own actions, words, and behaviors is what determines the speed at which they will mature.

I said "broad over the counter bits of wisdom", not lies. Wisdom is rooted in truth. The point of wisdom is to recognize a pattern and create a 'rule to follow' that prevents you from hitting a pitfall on your way to success. For example, "Go to college!". Some of the richest people in the world didn't go to college. Doesn't mean it's bad wisdom, because for the most part going to college is a good choice for specializing and having a successful future.

That's true, I think where the 'women are children' trope that TRP talks about comes into play is with regards to responsibility. The general consensus is that the societal burden of responsibility doesn't fall on the woman, especially if there's a man in the mix. For example, women tend to get the kid in divorce proceedings. This makes them have to answer for their failed marriage less than the man. If a woman is attacked on the street, men are responsible for rushing to her protection. If she …

I think what he's getting at is: men crave sex, women offer the release. Women crave commitment, men offer the release. It's like a valve switch. I understand the trauma (only insofar as I can imagine how traumatic that is), and I completely sympathized with her situation. But even then, a woman should be aware of how traumatic it is to constantly pellet your LTR with details of the rape. The problem arises when she starts using her situation in order to gain more validation, sympathy, and attention from you. The most important t…

I think you are confusing your ego with RP theory. First off, don't talk to people about TRP outside of TRP. It's a recipe for disaster. Second, your mom is Indian. She's probably conservative. As someone with a conservative mother I can tell you 100% of the time: hear the words coming out of her mouth, and understand that she is only trying to help. Whether or not the shit is useful, you hear it, nod with a smile, and walk away. Now, calling your mom a prostitute has got to be just the dumbest …

Just think about the following facts: You love her and she loves you and cares for you, but she could at any moment feel 'slighted' by something you've done, and withdraw all her affection and support. You and her both believe a sexless marriage doesn't work, and she is making no efforts to add sex to the marriage You are going to be permanently hitched: financially, emotionally, physically, and if you get children we're talking permanently. Yep. Being influenced by outside actors is irrational. Everyone presents a very particular image of themselves, and no one is truly happy. There are only those who know their direction and those who are lost and seeking breadcrumbs of validation. Limit the sphere of outside influences to your conscience. Everything outside of that can't be affected by thought. The only thing you can change with thought is your own actions and words. Stay strong, keep being awesome.

Everyone has their own way of cultivating discipline. I like to tell people that there's no one stopping you. It's literally as easy as stop playing vidya, stop fapping, and browsing Reddit. You have the will and the way, you are just avoiding the responsibility. Eating well can be cultivated when you know you have a cheat meal once a week. Lifting, for me, is easiest in the morning (5:45 am). If you wake up super early for the sole purpose of lifting, you don't have anything else lined up. You …

Works a bit better, but doesn't flat out just work. Also, if you are an attractive male and you want to attract 9s/10s then you have to be TRP minded and have solid frame. I tend to have an easier time just following the No Zero rule. I'm glad you brought up cheat meals though, because that applies roughly to all the different avenues you're describing. Reward isn't bad, it just needs to be taken in moderation. You WANT to play WoW for the next 8 hours, but if you went to the gym, socialized, did your hobby/passion, read a bit, then played for 2-3 hours instead you wouldn't feel bad and you would still receive the reward. It's retarded to think this sort of specialization is genetically coded. You aren't saying "we don't know", you're saying "we know, and there's no natural factors". Again like I said, I'm not trying to convince you, but you can't convince me it's entirely nurture when you state that we can't even prove it (unresolved science). You make a claim, too. I can't claim it isn't unresolved science. But your claim that nurture has a much more prevalent effect is also unsubstantiated, and this nature vs. nurture debate has been ongoing for some time. Just look at the Norwegian gender equality paradox. Outside of sociology and social sciences, these questions are rarely asked specifically because it's a taboo to say "this is inherently male" or "this is inherently female". The fact is we don't fund that research much because "we don't want to know". …

That's a very interesting perspective. This concept of alpha and beta is fascinating mostly because they are such eclectic terms. You need to consider context here: I'm not saying women aren't rational or are incapable of rationally coming to decisions. I think that men don't need any of that extra passion to be attracted to a woman. What it boils down to is physical attractiveness. The purpose of the statement is to say that men have to have a sexual strategy on improving their value. My point was entirely to say: women can leave the womb pretty and find casual sex easily; she literally need do nothing else. She can just 'be herself'. I'm not talking specifically how someone looks, I'm talking perceived value. I would have to assume that you have other qualities besides your looks that define your value. How much are you worth vs. how much is she worth? Value can be determined by lots of things, not just physical appearance. It's often subjective, too. A 7 for you might be a 10 for someone else, or a 3 for me. The point is how she sees you and you make her see you when you first met. That's how sexual strategy works for men.

Sexual strategy can be defined as a set of tactics for attracting the best value partner you can. This applies to both men and women. An average guy can only attract an average (or below average) woman. This is primarily because average men often date down (perceived scarcity of the vagine, high supply of other dicks, blue pill conditioning) and average women date up (perceived value of the vagine, high supply of dicks, pick of the litter). It's not about being more attractive physically than every other male on the planet. As Marcus Aurelius would say: "All is opinion". You can believe some billionaire somewhere is better than you but I choose to live day to day doing what I can to improve myself. To get back on point, I don't look for an LTR because I'm working on myself.

I also find telling friends about your passions forces you into a corner if you have a big ego. You don't want to disappoint yourself or your friends and it adds social pressure to stick to your guns and follow through.

So for me, I was so focused on my studies before graduating. Really just focused on doing well before I finished up college, had an LTR at the time. Stayed with her till I graduated, then I was focused on the job hunt so that kept going. Once I found a job I left her and started focusing on my work and setting myself a tight schedule so I can get done all the things I like to do (guitar, lifting, MT, reading, etc) and have spun a few plates since. I think the main thing is: stop focusing so much…

You style in this photo you linked here is pretty typical of what TRP's community is ballsy enough to wear imo. The accessories I feel come from within you, not without. What I mean is that I accessorize my wrists for example, but I always have. Sometimes my neck, but again it's because it goes with who I am and how I act and what my talents and passions are. But good on you for writing something that isn't exactly what someone else said last week (unlike the rest of TRP's posts).

Something about BP conditioning makes BP men think that women are fragile, and any 'real' emotion that she isn't protected from makes you an asshole... I definitely had this problem. It's a man's place to define that for himself, not to have it defined for him by society. We wouldn't be considered assholes for behaving in the exact same way with a guy, but because it's a woman all of a sudden we aren't being fair or equitable enough. Talking to other women produces dread, which is never a bad thing in an LTR. Would I be unhappy in a relationship because my woman has slept with 50 other men in the course of what can only be a year or two? Yeah, I would be unhappy. Would I talk to her about it? Absolutely not. Would I commit to her? Absolutely not.

Breathe from your diaphragm, speak from your diaphragm. Don't be nasal. Try closing your nose with your fingers and talking using only breath you take from your mouth. And I can appreciate your efforts to do that, but changing your posture to "attack" from "educate" is highly ineffective, especially when one of the people you are trying to expose to this novel and relevant concept is trying to understand it through discourse. Imitation of fiction is an exercise in futility because fiction is inherently scripted. You won't get any argument from me there. I would say that media and entertainment have skewed the global perspective and truth has become harder to grasp through that medium, while at the same time the proliferation of information has made truth easier to find (though possibly harder to grasp given the saturation of information available to us). Imitation isn't the problem though. Imitation is natural and necessary for the progression of any and all forms of understanding. I think for me the go-to response when dealing with women in any capacity (sexual, of course) is to consider how you would act if you had 10 plates and could find a ONS at the drop of a hat. Women want to attach themselves to men of value because they know that other women want men of value. If you are a man of value, you are selling value by offering your time.
