You can't learn it by reading.

You have to be IN IT AT ALL TIMES, constantly exposed as everything changes in every venue every day.

Every bar.

Every concert.

Every bus stop.

Every classroom.

Every year.

What you learn / read today is partially erased next year. Next venue next week : totally different rules.
