If you mean dating; read the fucking sidebar.

If you mean to hangout then it’s really simple.

I’m in high school too so you’ll run into the “I can’t hangout with a stranger!” shit a lot if your value isn’t high.

Essentially you text a tiny bit maybe two three lines to get them knowing you’re a person, then say something along the lines of

“I’m doing (event) this (day), come along.”

If she says no, then next her, she’s not interested.

Don’t ask her out, it’s not a question.

She’s lucky to hang with you.

If brad pitt told you he’s doing something and you can come along you wouldn’t deny that.

Don't make it into a question.

"I'm going out for ice cream. Come with me." instead of "Would you like to come with me to get ice cream?"

Don't ask her out. If the two of you are texting just tell her something you are going to do anyway:

go to a flea market
see an exhibit
go for a bike ride
literally whatever

tell her she can tag along. If she doesn't want to, don't rearrange and just take friends, some other girl or simply go alone. If she is interested she will either make it work or at least offer an alternative date/activity.
