Had a drinks date set up (4 days in advance) with a girl from tinder. I text her to ask if we’re still on a couple hours before, and she immediately texted back she forgot, it was a crazy week, etc. I don’t respond, but later that night she texts me saying we should reschedule.

I wait a week and a half, and asked what her schedule was like. She said she was moving, and was really busy this week. I give it a couple hours and ask if the same place/time works for this Thursday. No response.

She texts me tonight, around 24 hours later, “Can we do it next week? I’m really busy moving since I’m doing it by myself”

She could just be venting about moving by herself, but could she also be baiting me to offer to help her move? If so, I would never do it to help at this point but it seems like a prime situation to escalate.

Am I overthinking it and how should I respond if I do want to meet up in some form?

TLDR: Tinder girl forgot date set up. Says we should reschedule. Later, I suggest another day and she says she’s busy moving.
