When I say push pull I mean engaging and withdrawing attention in an interaction like a date (correct me if this is the wrong notion)

  1. When do I do it during an interaction. After things have been going well for a while? (This is my instinct, and also somewhat randomly)

  2. How should I withdraw my attention? Just ignore her for a bit and check out some other stuff and people

What to do when approaching and women look at their phone right away or turn away even after giving an ioi.

I ask because I get a lot of iois and interest from women, but when I talk to them I get a give my full attention. They lose interest after about 15 minutes of this and when I see this and pull back and ignore them they re engage a bit, but then I go right back to what I was doing before. So I’m looking to start ignoring them every little while to keep it interesting and see if anything changes.
