I don't copy or bookmark anything, for me it's about internally changing my perspective and making it unconscious.

If in doubt just read the side bar again, after a few years it all comes into place.

If you want to get specific practice one technique at a time such as agree and amplify, after a few months you'll do it by default.

This is a common problem and comes from fear of action. Usually it follows the path of wanting to master something to the point of perfection before you try it, but really it's just a safety blanket acting as an excuse to avoid possible failure.

Distill the essence of what you've just read and write down just one thing that you can actually DO the next time you're interacting with women...and then do it.
