I do IT at work and it's pretty much doing what anyone asks of you. I feel like a bird in a cage. I'm performing what people ask of me and it's a beta job. If someone is not satisfied, I go in and appease them and I'm very good at it. During the weekend I'm really outgoing and really myself and I don't take shit from no one. My weekend personality is my free self. Which is what I love. At work I have to behave and be really reserved. I'm looking for help from the veterans on how to approach and merge the differences. I really like what I do because I do it really well but I excel at it. I'm really looking for examples of people like me that have managed to do resolve my current issue.
