(mobile) I saw a girl sitting at the library by herself. Went a little like this: shook hands introduced myself waited for her name. told her i gotta go to lab but she caught my attention and asked her out for coffee later this week. Exchanged numbers ( i took hers and she also asked to take mine). during this i saw the book she was reading and said a quote from the author i remembered and gave a smile. She lit up and said i know him? i said yes i read some of his works and she said you like to read? I again said yes I do, she asked what year and we are same year but different majors. She told me she has class soon and i said i have to go to mine right now and it was nice to meet. I will text her tonight setting up logistics for thursday afternoon?

I have a problem with rushing. I want to change that and I tried to slow it down talking about the book and a little more information: my year and major, but know girls don't like random guys approaching grabbing the number and immediately leaving. Any tips?
