I am 19 years old and I am together with my gf now for 3 years. I moved out recently and I am studying computer science. My issue is, I am diagnosed and in therapy for depression. Every time something isn't working out with my gf I get even more depressed and sad. It results in breaking my habits and routines to improve myself. I should be working on my exam but I can't because I feel emotional distressed. How do get over my focus on my gf and beat my depression? I am kind of passionless, depressed, unenergetic person. My (female) therapist isn't helping me either.
small EDIT: I feel like no one is showing me the direction. I don't know how to help myself. The only people talking with me about my issues are females (therapist, sister). I don't have a father figure and I need advice from a men.
