My lack of success with women throughout all my life (in my mid 20's now) often makes me feel like less of a man, like I'm undeserving of anything good in life. These thoughts come and go and I know I shouldn't think this way but it's so damn hard to stop. I also get this same feeling when I think of my lack of success at landing a internship over the last 3 years, which is important for me to get a good job after graduation.

I've been reading meditations and it helps for a while but I'm hoping one of you can give me some extra advice or recommend reading material.

:tldr I need to man up and stop seeking external validation. Any books, videos, or tips?
