Just flip it. If you were to do what she does to you would she be okay with it?

You ultimately decide what is disrespect or not. And you communicate where you set the bar with your actions. You show them the level of respect you expect for yourself.

Now if that bar is set, and she decides to lower it, then you decide if she's worth keeping around. If you want to keep fucking her, keep the bar at the level she set it at. Don't go backwards, that bar is set there now for the rest of the relationship. She can't decide to raise it again.

The other option is to let her go.

Either way, this is why it's important to have abundance. If she wants to flirt with another guy in front of you to try to make you jealous, you don't get pissy. You say "oh is that what we're doing now?" Then you start hitting up girls you've been wanting to progress with but weren't because you had a level of respect that now has been lowered. If her flirting is an absolute level of disrespect to you, you simply leave her and move on to progressing with those girls.

LTR give her another chance after voicing you won’t stand for it and if she does it again soft next or demote to plate. She a Plate, soft next. Not sure what you and this female are talking about enough for her to disrespect you but you shouldn’t be unless she’s a future plate/fwb.
