I can't tell if she dumped you or you dumped her due to a mental health crisis. If she did, you'd want to go back to her? Why? She's proven what she'll do when it gets tough. If you dumped her, then there was probably a real good reason.

Go ahead and call her. You need to relearn why you're apart. There's about 1 in 100 chance it'll lead to anything except more heartbreak and anger, but it sounds like you need to.
