I'm 17, raised basically solely by my mother, my dad travels for a living so he's gone pretty much all the time, so I'm a hardcore beta. I stopped fapping a few months ago, I dress significantly better than I used to. I have begun lifting weights but very recently so no results there yet. I play 4 instruments (including vocals) so I consider that my hobby. So I have 2 questions. Is there anything else I need to do to help myself get more into the alpha mindset? And where should I go to start learning game?
