If you recently met her, you don't like her. Work on your abundance mentality, it looks like you're viewing her as your only option. She's obviously not into you right now, and that's because you're being too accommodating. Don't cater to her plan at all back-up or not, make your own plans, if she happens to wanna tag along great, if not, DGAF.

She just sent a MSG - She's gonna be doing her own thing that was originally planned. Should I just delete the # and move on ? I don't want to keep chasing something that is probably just in my head.
If that's what you need to do. Whatever way works for you, but drop her.

I have a new plan. Going to plan something fun on saturday then say she's welcome to come.... Send like a in-direct invite but going to have fun either way and then I will for sure know if shes interested or not (if she says no again, then obviously no)

Don't say shit, get yourself busy. If she calls, she can join you in whatever you're doing, you have no idea how easy it'll be to game her afterwards if she hangs out with your friends. If she doesn't call, you didn't lose a night.

What are your other options?
Ask her to hangout down the road? She wanted to hangout earlier this week but I was busy. Her texts/replies are always really short though which makes me think she's not into it.

Nah, don't delete it. Never delete a number unless the chick dumps you, or you know you'll catch oneitis.
Keep a "basket" of these non committal girls, and once in a while, while you're shitting or stuck in some line, you start some conversations with a LOT of idgaf. You'll end up nailing some of them.
