Lifting does generate hormonal changes. Specifically, there is a spike in cortisol during the stress stage (Selye's syndrome) which is normalized during the recovery phase. If, however, you are doing inappropriate volume, or an inappropriate program, you may not be recovering and/or supercompensating. One measurable test of recovery is to track resting heart rate, as it changes through the recovery phase.

Is it also when alone? If not, I don't think it's hormonal. If you just started working out, you might have become a lot more aware of your own body and how it looks. This may make you slightly more insecure

It's normal for libido to ebb and flow. If it becomes a long term problem then you should probably see a doctor.

You'd probably get better responses if you included more info like age, lifestyle, workout routine, diet, any stress that you may be experiencing and so on.
