Sleep. I’ve done a ton of research on overall health and I have over a decade of lifting and nutrition knowledge I’ve built up over personal experiences, trial and error.

In my opinion, in order of importance it goes:

1) Sleep 2) Water 3) Food

That’s not to say water and food aren’t important either (I drink no less than a gallon a day and my nutrition is absolutely dialed in). That’s just how important I think sleep is.

Quality fucking sleep.

I don’t even want to list the benefits of sleep or the dangers associated with sleep deprivation or else my comment would turn into a novel. I know I’m just some stranger on the internet but I’m hoping you can just take my word for it: do everything you can to prioritize your sleep.
