Time to employ the Brad Pitt test.

If you were Brad Pitt would she be saying that you’re moving too fast? Fuck no! She would be jumping at the chance to meet you.

This means one of 2 things:

Your SMV is not high enough aka she has low interest
She has no intention of meeting with you aka she is an attention whore and is recruiting orbiters

So what are your options here?

You could:

Try to slow things down and “build some rapport/comfort” and hope that one day she is comfortable enough to meet up with you.
Move on. Maybe hit her up in a week or two and see if she’s changed her mind. She might even reach out to you before then!

Personally I choose to go with 2 as it saves me the most time and as a high value man my time is valuable.

I've found its better to have a little back and forth (either on the dating app or via text/whatever) before going for the meet up. 5-10 text range. You don't need to be overly gamey or gimmicky but just enough to get her to let her guard down.

I don't take tinder seriously and only ever look at it when I'm in the toilet but I would instantly left swipe any profile that says "don't message me on tinder, find on instagram". It's phone number or snapchat. And don't ever give out your number even if she asks. If she asks for your number it's probably a bot tryna steal some info and send you spam texts. Snapchat is fine if you want her to send ya pics or something but it's always gotta be from her otherwise you're gonna get assfucked by a bunch of spams. And even if she does give you her number, double check the area code to make sure it's not a fake.

But as for your messages. I would say the "hey" and "where you from" stuff is too generic, there's probably hundreds of dudes who asked her "wanna grab coffee?" in the past it simply doesn't stand out. Unless you're a 10/10 badboy surgeon biker who does modelling as a side gig that line is simply too boring to work on her. It's the quickest way to make you blend in with the rest of the peasants. But it's not all hopeless. Personally I've had far more success on Tinder running the fuccboi game than being a generic decent dude. First of all it’s tinder. Even me (thousands of matches some of the hottest chicks in the world over the past few years) I have a low conversion ratio... it’s tinder. You know how many actual matches turn into dates? Tinder is a waste of time in 2019 and I still have met up with and fucked more chicks off there than anyone I know and still do present day. 80% of the chicks no matter what you do or say will never meet up with you in real life. Now read that again and let it sink in. As far as your approach you’re making it even worse on yourself. Don’t ask for a call first of all, second of all By the time you get their number it should be under the premise of already having asked to meet up. So at this point the only thing you need to be doing is “hey it’s spergtardasktrp from tinder” “ when are you free?” That’s it no more no less
