(English is not my first language)

So what I have come to realize is that everything requires practice. This may sound obvious to most but came as an epiphany to me. I had always trained hard doing martial arts at a early age. A couple of days ago I was doing research about how to properly execute a deadlift, then a couple of hours later tried to apply what I had read but had difficulties preforming it. I had the knowledge but not the experience. A couple of days went by and each workout I improved my form. This was a critical part of the internalization. Currently 17 years old and dont really find it difficult talking to females. It is just that same level of conscious thinking I have during lifting/Reading that I lack in really life situations. AKA I dont really think when talking. I am aware of the the femme centric things around me but just dont think about them when in the moment. Is there anything wrong with that?

(My apologies if this turned in to a text wall)
