Been introduced to red pill a few months ago. Before that I was really into pua/seduction. After a shitty relationship started to game again.

I'm having a hard time finding results. Sometimes I can flirt and really connect with a good looking "8" or "9" type of girl. Other times I try to talk to a 4-6 type of girl just to get warmed up and I get literally stonewalled. This kicks me hard. It hurts my frame big time.

It feels as though sometimes I'm on top of the world. 3-5 girls texting me to set up dates and 1 week later nobody really wants to talk to me. I get flakes and nothing comes together.

How do guys maintain frame and keep yourselves going even though things don't really look too great?
