I'd started a new job a few months ago and I have developed oneitis for my boss who is 15 years older than me. She's single and the way she is, weakens me whenever I see her at work. I've been dating other women, approaching others from various departments too. But as soon as I'm back in my workplace, she yanks my feelings out. She's definitely not LTR material - obviously the age gap, and the facts that she is highly insecure and self-conscious put me off of her. But then at the same time, the Beta side of me comes out and wants to 'save' her.

I don't want to leave until I complete my training next year. It took me three years to get the position I'm in.

How did you guys handle these feelings if you were in such a position?
