I work in real estate. So many times, especially if they are hot and single, I will just friend request other agents. I friend requested one a few weeks ago and she accepted. Last week she posted an open house and I happened to be out and about looking at houses so I dropped in and said hi. I was late for an appointment so only stayed a minute. She seemed friendly and just a tad flirty, but could have just been acting nice.

Since I am an agent, there is no way for her to make money off me on the open house. It wasn't her listing.

So she messages me on FB messenger shortly after and thanked me for coming by. I thought this was more than her just thanking me, because, well she wouldn't make any money if I bought the house. I replied " You're welcome! It was great to meet you. I hope you get a buyer out of the open (house). Do you do a lot of them? "

She said "Yes I do" Then I asked a friend for advice and sent " 'I've never done one actually. Crazy. It was nice meeting you and maybe I'll bump into you again somewhere. "

Do I go to this now :

You can start off with any simple opener, such as a "Hey, what's going on?" or "Hey, what's up?". After that, do not text her anything else. Wait. The point of the initial text is to just get back a response, which will let you know if she is receptive to you. If you don't get a response back, NEXT. That was easy. Normally, you'll get back something along the lines of:

"Hey, I'm doing this and this. What about you?" or "Hey, what's up?"

This is where most guys want to start with small talk texting. But you already know not to do that. Here, we're going to be straight forward. Just state your intentions. Polarize. But, first...

QUICK NOTE

When you're setting up a date, you want to set it up in the best way possible for sex to happen. You're not friends with this chick, or trying to be. You are sexually interested in her. Don't ask her out on a lunch date or any type of date during the day that has no potential to escalate. Remember: In order for sex to happen, it must be the man's fault. So, it's your job to lead the way and make it happen. Do yourself a favor and set this up the right way.

----Setting the Date----

Once she responds, you're just going to be honest. Maybe something like:

"That's cool. I was actually going to see if you'd want to go grab a drink sometime this week. Do you have any nights open?"

TL:DR. Went to see hot Realtor at an open house, she messaged me. I didn't escalate. What do I do now?
