So I currently can’t do deadlifts, ohp and squats because of mid back injury I had. That is healed now but doctors said I shouldn’t do it for a while. However guys on fitness sub told me there is no point going to gym if I don’t do main lifts and follow pre-made program. Problem is that all programs are based on main lifts and I cant do them. This is a routine I am currently doing:

PULL

Lat cable Pulldown. 3 x 8-12

Dumbbell chest supported row. 3 x 8-12

DB Shrugs. 3 x 15-20

Lat machine pulldown 3 x 8 - 12

DB curl. 4 x 8 - 12

Hammer curl. 4 x 8-12

Face pull. 5 x 15-20

Plank

PUSH

DB bench. 3 x 8-12

DB incline bench 3 x 8-12

Decline press machine. 3 x 8-12

Triceps rope pushdown. 3 x 8-12

Triceps cable pushdown. 3 x 8-12

Lat raises. 6 x 15-20

  • Farmer walk

LEGS

Bulgarian SS. 4 x 8-12

Leg curl. 4 x 8-12

Extension. 3 x 15-20

Calf raises. 5 x 15-20

Finger curls

Wrist curls

Reverse curls

Is this routine any good? My goal is hypertrophy and current stats are 6’2” , 188lbs, 17%bf
