I actually completed a batman conversion program a few years ago. It was a good experience and I loved swinging around and gliding through the air with my cape and stuff like that. But ultimately I realized intelligent crime fighting is more about being proactive and working to improve the local economy and education system than all of that showy hero stuff.

Not really as smart as batman.

I'm a Batman fan. He's always written in a way that he knows the solution. Good writers come with an excuse or create good suspension of disbelief, bad ones come up with the bat-shark repellent spray.

You won't ever know everything. You can't read minds, the minds you can't read aren't consciously aware of their drives either, and you can't possibly process all the information you get.

What we do is using some heuristics to help making decisions. You can work on those.

Strength wise, there are some reasonable batmans out there. Some aren't even living gods of martial arts.
The awareness of the surroundings he has isn't reasonable, I doubt it can be realistically done. Military training, mainly urban, teaches some techniques for that (heuristics again), but it takes much more prep time.
Or maybe batman has memorized all the blueprints for buildings in Gotham. Again, writers.

Observe batman.

List down all the traits about batman

Make a plan how to achieve each trait.

Set a time line and goals when each trait plan will be started and completed.

Once traits achieved. Re-asses your batman level.

If not string and smart like Batman then repeat the steps.
