Does someone determine the rules or is it a free for all? Essentially is there someone in charge? I ask because my understanding is that it's mostly a forum for ideas that center around a sort of perceived notion of masculinity. But I was talking with someone who seems to think that it's centralized and run by its moderators in a hierarchy.
