So recently (3 days ago) i met this girl at my college and i texted her to set up a date.

Chat went like this:

  • Are you even studying on Friday evenings?
  • No on Fridays i am going out if am lucky
  • Ok cause i am going out today(on Friday) to grab a drink and i think you should join me, but most probably you will be studying.
  • (quotes me) >I am gonna be studying (laughing emojis)
  • So at 22:00 o'clock.
  • If i am gonna be awake...not for sure though
  • If you are not sure, then i am not sure to. You will have to decide early enough.
  • Ok then at 22:00 ...

So after this chat i didnt really respond or text her, i just told her i would call her to let her know where and when.

Picked her up, established connection from the first minute (hand on the hips and kiss on the cheeks).

We just went for a drink, place was okay and had the chance to sit in a corner where i could advance. Talked about common interests,family, relationships (she never had one and is most probably a virgin 18year old) Took steps back and forth establishing eye contact,touching her knee, shoulder and lower back as we left the place. She even positioned herself in a way where one of my legs was between her thighs...From my past experience i consider these clear signs of interest.

Eventually we left the place and decided to crash at a park and smoke some sigs sitting on a bench. Tried to advance, but i was getting really mixed signals. She kept on talking about how much she loves her best girlfriend... and then comes the first red flag.

Every guy that aproached her till now are all immature and stupid and she shutted everyone down. And generally she spoke about how she's fucked up and empty inside and such things.

At some point i had enough and thought this was basically a shit test, so i just confronted her and asked her: What we are doing here right now?... i think you didnt quite understand this is a date.

She acted kinda surprised and thought it was just two colleagues from school hanging out together because i only know her for 3 days.

I made to her clear that I view her in a "romantic" way to which she responded that right now she is a mess (spiritually). She thanked me that i was straight forward with her and told me that she can't give me an answer right now, although she hates this kind of behaviour.

She asked if i wanted to join her and her girlfriend tomorrow, to which i replied thanks but i have already other plans for Saturday.

So what went wrong? Should i have approached otherwise? Do I next? Or do i set up another date to which i think she would be open to? Does she just need some time?
