I visited a pretty good doctor, psychiatrist and psychologist and after a few sessions he diagnosed my fucking problem, I've abused substances that fucked with my emotional world in the past.

I get angry easily and then ran down by a set of negative sad emotions.. When I take my prescribed medication in larger dose it gets me extremely up, something like bipolar but totally not it.

So he prescribed a good mood stabilizer that has no side effects, and said I should continue my 3 times a day 0.5g alprazolam therapy. Not exceed doses etc.

I'm pretty fine with it, I follow his instructions and as he promised, through cognitive behavioral therapy accompanied by the stabilizers in a few months I will be further ahead from now. He states I have a good set of characteristics as a person, and agrees with most of the red pill self improvement stuff I told him I did in my life.

Thankfully, I didn't give up the gym and decided I give the meds to a family member to help me from overdoing it when I have cravings. I also quit getting drunk or drunk-high from taking pills with booze simultaneously every day.

I'm still anxious though, I'm probably going through withdrawal.. Rethinking my love for life and the whole situation made me realize that I was stupid enough to go down that road.

Any advice from red pillers on how to keep going until the shit storm starts fading?
