And so much is making sense. There's a lot of stuff I need to learn but I was hoping I could get some help with my current situation.

Long story short, I'm fucking my coworker. Having read the little that I have on why this is a bad move all around, I was hoping to get help on how to end it while things are still good between us. It's looking likely that I might get promoted soon (not confirmed) as yet, so I'd rather avoid any more complications if possible.
