Let me stop you right there my friend. This isn't about doing what's easy. This is about doing what you need to do to maximize your self worth. Nothing in this area is easy.

Yes. You just stop. No contact. And if she throws a fit you ignore and continue bettering yourself.

Your question could be read two ways: How do I get out of this woman's friend zone and get into the alpha slot with other women?

OR

How do I break out of this woman's Friend Zone and into HER alpha slot?

This first is relatively easy. Go zero contact. Don't call her, don't text her, and remove her contact info from your phone. Unfollow her on facebook and quit hovering over her. Meet and game other women.

But if you want into THIS woman's alpha slot - there's no way. She's decided that she doesn't feel "that way" about you and it's NOT going to change. Move on. Go zero contact and quit wasting your time, energy and resources because its NOT going to happen. Getting out of the friend zone only happens in the movies.

Maybe, MAYBE, after you've gone zero contact for a couple of YEARS and WAY upped your fitness, you can take another shot at this one, but you need more experience with OTHER women before you go back to this one. And I shouldn't even be saying that.

You need to get out and never look back.
