Hooked up with a plate yesterday. Got too into the moment and didn’t realize until we calmed down that she left a huge hickey on my neck. I’ll keep my guard up in the future, but in the meantime...

I’ve got a date tomorrow with a girl I’ve never met before. We’re going on a 2 and a half hour dinner session together, and here’s my question: Do I hide the hickey or not? I’m considering on plating her but not sure on how to proceed.

1- If I hide it, it means she probably won’t see it. But if she does, my cover will be blown. Since I’ve preemptively attempted to hide it, she’ll know that I’m seeing other women. The assumption of being a prospective sidechick might turn her off. So that leads to scenario 2...

2- No concealment at all. Leaving the hickey in the open means that I’m not concerned by it. If she asks, I’ll probably respond with something like skin irritation or bench failure. Or I could admit it’s a hickey.

The date is 2 1/2 hours though, so I’m prefering the first.

What would you guys do? Laid a lot of context and a few possible scenarios, but open to others.
