Social media is hairy dick.

While I believe that it can be helpful for certain business orientation- staying on Facebook because "oh my family stays in touch this way" or "I like seeing whats going on" (the two most common excuses) is like postponing washing the Fremunda cheese out of your ass crack folds. Quit tricking yourself into worrying about other people's drama and piss poor life. Get the fuck off of the interwebs and make friends in real life if you want them so badly. Stop by and see relatives, or write them a letter if staying in touch is one of your concerns.

I quit Facebook a little over 15 months ago and it has been one of the greatest decisions yet. Not to mention all of the social life even- think of all the time you could be spending lifting weights, learning a new language, or picking up babes because you aren't frantically checking who posted on your wall and liked your passive aggressive comment.

I'm telling you mate, once your social media withdrawals go away, you are like, "WOW! I feel like I'm a human being again".

Social medias were invented by people who weren't successfull socially, so they created their own society.

As result of this, "Social Networks" are just there to validate anyone who is participating in it, telling each other "OMG saw your photo/status/comment and it was so cool like omg no wayy". Notice, how the interaction is not real because people don't have the balls in real life. So by nature females are the primary consumers of the validation they can get there and a lot of men jump onto that because they can get in contact with a hot girl, which they never would otherwise.

A high value man doesn't need facebook, he does everything in his fucking real life. A high value woman doesn't need validation, so she won't visit and consume facebook much. So to speak, only the not so high value people interact with each other over social medias.

Stay the fuck out of there, it is made to work only in favor of one party: the owners of facebook who get tons of money because you leav personal data on their servers.

Personally, I do have facebook but that's it. I do have 4-5 pictures of myself, but no personal information. And I like it that way. The primary thing I do is writing messages with friends and looking up who is going to be at the events where I'm heading.

Socia media is a time waster, the better you are at it the less time you spent actually living.

That being said, facebook is a cultural norm, it is the definitive RMV market in a world without a expectation of privacy, set up a awesome profile and forget all about it.

Instagram and twitter are great for high status people, creative men or hot women, the medium prevents you from seling yourself on other qualities.(most content driven social networks kinda go along these lines)

Tinder is awesome if you're hot and don't give a fuck. Snapchat is a 2 sided sword, because it dilutes the intensity of the relationship and offers power parity, but at the sme time makes escalation easy and with low effort. (basically a more evolved text game).

I would like to get back into social media. I haven't used it in any significant way since my Yahoo Chatrooms obsession back in the late nineties. It was really just the sheer novelty of my first access to the Internet and I could literally spend 8 hours in the chatrooms.

What's a good one for a PC user? For redpill activities, that is?

I only use Facebook and Snapchat.

Facebook use is actually minimal, and like you regarding instagram I never like anything that's just posted to seek validation. I removed most push notifications so it would have less of a way to draw me back. I hide people who post inane bullshit. Most of my Facebook use is for group conversations because it's easier than mass texting.

Snapchat I use for fun. It works with my sense of humor, especially because Vine isn't really a big thing where I live.
