A strange question to bring up.

I'm pretty sure I have a ridiculously high refractory period between orgasms. To the point where if I go a whole week, the orgasm is great and fulfilling, no problem with erection, but 1 day after and I could take it or leave it. I'm mid 30s, but I've ALWAYS been this way, even during my 20s.

I initially thought it was related to any number of things concerning my health. I'm in good shape. I exercise regularly. My cardio isn't terrible, but admittedly I'm not doing anything to work on it seriously. My diet is potato chips and beer. I do yoga regularly. Martial arts. I've never ever been out of shape or unable to move more than a little bit. I can lift relatively heavy objects.

I then thought maybe it was the girl. Maybe I'm not dating people that are attractive enough. But I've moved past only managing to sleep with people that I'm hardly attracted to. So it's not that either.

Tonight I was having sex and while I enjoyed everything, I felt noticeably less enthusiastic about any of it. I still 'performed' well, but I wasn't enjoying very much at all. It felt like I had sex 20 times, and when really we had only just done it the night before.

It kind of sucks. I've resorted, in the past, to having sex and then actually forgoing orgasm just so that I could keep having more sex later and sooner. But that eventually gets awkward, kinda, and at some point, I've gotta do my thing.

So... any advice on this subject? I've seen a few threads, but it mostly just seemed like "Take these pills, I heard they do things." So it seemed to lack credibility.
