I have no clue on where to ask this rather than here because theres just to many normies that probably wouldnt understand what im trying to looking for
I want to train as efficiently as possible (expect using roids for now, im pretty early in my "weight lifting career")
The dieting part is easy in the form that it's able to be calculated in how much protein/fat/carbs etc you need per day, the same with sleep you can often feel how much sleep you need to feel rested.
The last part is training efficiently and there is so much broscience on the internet that you can go a few months with a bad program and gain x% of muscle compared to doing another program and gain a lot more if its somehow better.
The most important part i feel is mind muscle connection. Next is the maximum volume that your body can handle every session without losing performance on the next one.
Then we have all the different ways you can hit your muscle on like how you can train x muscle in x different angles to hit all the muscle spots, how much u should rest each set without losing performance on the next one. How many days you can train in a row, how many times u should hit all muscles per week. Train for strength first so your body can handle heavier lifts and then go for hypertrophy?
Should i just trial and error my way? Theres just so much variables in actually lifting weights....
It feels like there should be a lot of experienced lifters out there but i havent found a forum that goes indepth with stuff like this, theres just a lot of normie lifters that think they know it all
