In this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gcr4aVLHaXI), Eric Bugenhagen, an experienced natty lifter, recommends Bulgarian light (pick one or two compound lifts and work up to a 1RM every day for a 2/3 week cycles) for advanced as well as novice lifters. I'm wondering what some of the experienced TRP weightlifters think of this strategy for weaker lifters, and more particularly the merits of very low reps (sets of 3, 2 or 1RM's) in relation to size and strength gains.
