Just reading another post here about how his GF randomly went all cold on him. Just had a similar thing happen to me, read about the 'light switch effect' on the side bar, but I have some questions.

1 - What typically causes this? Obviously, she's unattracted. But is there generally something 'bigger' that goes on? Is it her SMV moving up and yours staying stagnant?

2 - Is there anyway to combat it? I know having plates is easier, but for some of those married men out there, what is the solution to this?

3 - The post said there wasn't much to salvage. But is this true? Curious to hear from any redpillers in here if you have salvaged a relationship like that and how so.

Obviously, this is assuming the LTR is like 'good', and she passes most vetting.

I personally find the light switch effect happens when I start giving her a lot more of my free time, anybody else find the same?
