If it's court ordered, you have no choice but to decide on what's best for your situation.

If it's your parents paying just to get on your case, just say no and go about your day.

The real question is why is your future dependent on the decisions of others?

If you live with them and they pay for you kinda have to unless you stop smoking. Noones gonna take you to jail for this shit unless maybe you have some bud at home.

If your father lives far away then maybe think twice about it. How long are they tryna send you there for? My mom did the same shit to me but I was 16 and was doin more than weed and it ended up being 6 months. I was also a major shit head at the time.

Idk man theres alot of factors.

Edit: also they cant really kick you out if you say no until your 18. Save up and move out.

I'm in a rock and a hard place.

You're not. You are still a kid stumbling through life without any rhyme or reason for the world. You're occupied with smoking. Nothing less, nothing more.

You live in their house, and therefore their rules. Suck it up and stick with it for another year. If by the end of the year you still don't want anything to do with them or how they tell you to live your life, get a job and move out.

From there you are able to smoke to your hearts content.

Right now just focus on what you can improve in your life. This is a place that does not offer quick fix solutions.

Your parents are doing you a favor. Smoking is a terrible habit. 9/10 people with lung cancer got it from smoking. I did it so much when I was young and was glad that I kicked the habit. Consider the fact that your parents are looking out for your health.

Update , Im now 69 days clean from drugs ,its a 90 day program , i hate it but im plowing through ill be fully home in 21 days
