I was reading Mark Manson and Rollo and both of them suggest finding a mentor or 'accountability partner' in order to maximixe potential in growing into RPed man.

I'm a college student in need of some mentorship / guidance from any RPers or simply someone that has experience and would be willing to work with me on staying accountable and setting goals.

Ideally it'd be set up through Telegram or Discord or another preferred medium and we'd basically talk every few days or one a week in getting stuff straight. I tried to find other mentors around my college but for the most part they are either too strained resource-wise or otherwise not 'RPed' at all.
