Been on keto. Lost 60 lbs in a year from 200. No real noticable marks. Check out r/keto, quite effective. What it really let me do was cut off all sugar and excess carbs.
Im 5' 11" by the way.

60 pounds in one year??? Holy shit. I'll check that out for sure, thanks.

That's pretty slow. You should be hitting 2lbs weight loss per week.
/r/keto is good all around, though.

Yup, there were even bigger losses but I did cheat on certain days, especially celebrations. Also wasnt monitored, didnt count carbs or measure food. Still all good as this is the thinnest Ive ever been.
It is quite amazing. Do take note of r/ketogains if you want to work out. A few things change, you need noticably more protein.
It was also great for my skin and that may be why I dont have noticable marks.

You're small enough that you shouldn't have skin problems.
Do weights at the same time as you lose weight, though. It'll keep up the muscle density and should keep your skin elasticated.

So basically don't overdo the weight loss?

Go as far as you can with weight loss. Doing weights makes sure that your body consumes fat instead of muscle, though.

You will need to pace the weight loss. The fatter you are the quicker you lose weight in the beginning of any diet/exercise regime, thus why all those super obese people have saggy skin.
Get it into your head that this is a 6m-1yr project. That you intend to lose 1-2lbs a week. No crash dieting or half starving yourself.
ALSO, lift weights. It will keep muscle mass on and help you keep some shape and bulk.
