Never confront the idea of exclusivity/relationships seriously when you are with them. Always assume the superior position and let them know you have other options. You can drag this on for a bit, but there will come a time where its either 1) be exclusive with her or 2) never see her again and then you can give them the ultimatum of no, I don't want to settle. Remember, the girls are not yours, its just currently your turn.
