I recently got a nasty fever and was sick for the day while I was with my ltr. After she got off work, she came straight to my house with food Gatorade medicine.

I didn't know how to handle it. I thanked her and told her she's a good girlfriend and I love her but where's the line when a situation like this happens? You obviously want to thank her and reward her, but at what point are you being too needy and showing weakness?
