Where to take here for her birthday and avoid cliche beta restaurant dinner?

I already got her present for $5 (jumper) from alibaba, which looks quite good.

I was thinking to take her to some art museum, than smashing in some cocktail bar, but since it's happening once per year(i do not take her to dinners at all, maybe once, twice per year), we cook together usually, but I was thinking good view this time, since it's her birthday and i haven't been there etc,..

I am collecting ideas, i don't mind taking her to dinner, if that's what I want.
