So I had a fight with my ltr today. It was over something really small and unimportant, she made some food for a trip and asked me what kind of sandwich I want. I always eat the same so I said as usual. She reacted with: what do you mean? What meat you want and sauce? I said come on its not that hard you know it. She got louder and screamed something like why can't you answer my easy question blahblah?! I told her if you are not able to make a sandwich let me do it and get the fuck out of the kitchen.

The small argument then blew off and we had plans to make a trip, but she told me after the argument that she wants to stay at home so I put my shoes on and left.

Now she texts me that I was disrespectful and how can I leave her, she is so angry and I did it all just to hurt her. That she does everything for me and when one small thing goes wrong I explode and start fighting and when do you get back home.

My reaction would now be to stay all day and not answer her. What would you guys do in such a situation?
