This is the problem when dudes try to turn redpill WHILE in a relationship that started BluePill.

People don’t talk about this enough and people just apply redpill plate tactics to a girl who is more than just a plate.

LTR’s require BOTH Alpha and Beta tendencies. The whole, “only text for logistics” and other tips we preach on here are ONLY FOR PLATES because those types of connections with those specific types of women (plates) don’t NEED security or comfort from us, only excitement, mystery, tingles, and sex. However, redpill philosophies still apply to all such as AWALT and Hypergamy.

I myself made the mistake of trying to become redpill in a relationship that started when I was BluePill.

Woman in LTR’s need the beta comfort/security AND “alphaness” in order to be healthy and functioning. Applying Plate Tactics and being 100% “alpha” with no hint of beta in an LTR will make her uneasy, like she’s only used for sex. If a woman is in true Plate Status, that’s fine, it’s even beneficial, but doing that in an LTR is actually bad because an LTR girl and a Plate girl are 2 separate things and should be treated as such.

So to answer your question, don’t make the same mistake I did and lose a perfectly good girl (atleast mine was) just because you want to be “alpha”. Just text her a lil bit, go back and forth, have fun, once the conversation goes stale, tell her you’re busy and will talk later. Then invite her over whenever you wanna see her or she misses you. Don’t be all up in her inbox constantly.

EDIT: After a goodnight, say it was fun, talk about it for a few message or something, then say goodnight, and when she misses you, invite her again.

It's a relationship, because you actually communicate with each other - TRP is good for building abundance, physics and raising your attractiveness so you do not depend on relationship to be your only women income.

When in a LTR you need to show the girl you actually have feelings outside the bedroom, you're not a fitness ripped sex robot, you are there as a breeding human being and you got to act like one. There is nothing wrong to show you have boundaries, your way of how things go and to lead the relationship the way you want. However if you are the captain of the ship the girl is your first mate in the LTR and if you don't pay attention to your first mate calls the ship will direct into iceberg and sink. BurntYams explained it perfect above.

if you don't text more you will lose the girl, trust.

It's okay to message 50/50. If you don't want to text you have to build an attachment then start pulling back until it's 0/100, she might walk. But abundance mindset.
